You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there was a problem with the delivery, such as if it was opened, damaged, or burst. Following receipt of your inquiry, we will answer within 24 hours. Damages or missing products that are reported after 24 hours after delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
A 20% fee/charges of order value or minimum amt of Rs.500/- whichever is higher, will be deducted from the order value amount if a delivered order is rejected by a customer or is not delivered as a result of a wrong address.
